The old overhead power has been detached and trenched underground from a newly installed power pole. With meter read access via enclosures in the fence and with the installation of an electric gate upon completion of driveway this property will be secure and private and allow for no unwanted salesman.

The exterior of the house has been repainted new surf mist colour bond eves fascia and gutters installed. The addition of exterior lighting and freshly landscaped with low maintenance plants and lawn. The rear garden has vehicle access and has a large 44 m2 concrete slab covered by a shade sail. This area also has power water and a natural gas connection point perfect for an outdoor kitchen or BBQ area with room to securely stow a caravan or boat.

The front yard has had a double carport erected with exposed hardwood rafters, the new colour bond roof has had its gutter plumbed into a 5000 litre rain water tank and overflow storm water drain perfect for washing down cars driveway and maintaining landscaping.
